Yes, it did. It happened to me too.

Also, question.

Does Dice Farmer count as a 'board game' ? There is no actual board to it. Or does Jamie just refer to it as such to simplyfy things?

The term "board game" is an artifact of the history of the genre, like the term "Western RPG".

i made my own version of dice farmer that i had a lot of fun with. my version was that you would start with a number of dice (say 10) and you win when you have no dice left to roll, but you couldn't choose to buy or not, anything you could buy you had to, you could choose what you buy, but you had to buy as much as possible. ex: first roll is 3, 3, 3, 3, 4, 5, 1, 2, 2, 7. the best thing to do would be group the 3s to make a 12, as well as grouping the 4 and 2s to make an 8, 5 and 7 making a 12, that's only 3 dice added as opposed to 5 (2D6, 2D4, D12) where in regular dice farmer it's better to take the small ones to try to add up to your goal. anyone want to give this a try and let me know what you think? (i only have 3 sets of poly, plus a few extra D6 and 2 turndown D20, i'd like to know how well this works from larger collections) all the regular rules of dice farmer apply.
