CA: Well, ass or not, I do feel a little bad about "getting your hopes up", however inadvertently. Tell you what, how about you come over to my place on Friday, around sixish?

JH: I thought you were going to be doing something Friday.
CA: I am. Trent and I are having dinner with my sister. We're trying to cheer her up, since she lost her job recently. I'm going to be making a lasagna.

CA: And I'm not making any promises on her behalf, but I will mention that my sister is, in fact, actually single.
JH: Anyone have any dietary restrictions?

CA: Not anything like Max's, no, but I do tend to avoid red meat.
JH: Well, I'll try not to put any in the tiramisu I'm bringing, then.
CA: I'd appreciate it.
